They have a cut out pattern which provides ventilation which will be handy when I travel to tropical areas. They are very lightweight too which is a bonus for travelers.

You can pick them up online for less than $100 US plus shipping but expect to pay nearly twice than in some retail stores. Actually Amazon have them for around $80-$90

I compared mine to a pair of old Vaurnets. The Bolles are much lighter in the sun and are better at evening or darker times. The Vaurnets colour is much nicer with the rich green yellows. The Bolles offer a bit of variety to Vaurnets but I will be looking for a pair of Vaurnets soon too as once you own them nothing else compares, not even Bolle but a nice change all the same.

When you are reading, you should always use proper lighting. Everyone as they grow older finds it hard to read under certain conditions. If you practice reading in the right lighting, your vision can dramatically improve. These simple steps can relieve many eye straining problems.

If you read in bad lighting conditions, you mistreat your eyes. When doing any kind of eye exercises, it should be done in the proper lighting. Good routines start out when you are young and go with you till old age.

You don’t exercise your body when it is tired, just like you wouldn’t want to read when your eyes are tired. The eyes respond to work being done on them right away. So make sure you are well rested before reading anything. If you are comfortable you can read longer and better.

How are you sitting when you read? Your back should be straight with your head up at a comfortable level. Sitting bend over while sitting down with your back not straight isn’t good. The collar muscles damages the eyes when you sit like that. So sit directly up. Your breathing improves and it helps out your eyes.

Hold the stuff you are reading 12 to 14 inches away from your eyes. Tilt the book up so that your head isn’t straining. If you have a reading table this is when it is a good idea to use it.

If someone is far-sighted they clutch the material they are reading at a distance. Hold the material you are reading closer to your eyes. This helps your eyes read better.

How is the lighting in the room you are in? Make sure the light shows on the full page that you are reading, reading while it is shady or dark is not a good idea and puts great strain on the eyes.

When you are reading have as much natural light as possible. Mix this in with a 60 watt bulb. Florescent light is not good to read in. Examine the page you are reading and make sure you have light on it. Don’t look into the light as your reading. If you can’t use natural light from the outdoors then use a 150 watt bulb.

The way you read is just as significant as educating yourself to read in the right light. If you read fast, this is not fine for the eyes. Your eyes need some time to adjust to the content that you are reading. Reading fast puts a lot of nervous tension on the eyes. They eyes have to move naturally when you read slowly; otherwise this does not go on. Individuals always brag about reading fast, but this does a lot of damage to your eyes. There was a person who had bad vision for 40 years and the vision got back to normal by reading slow. So when your reading rapidly, this is hard on your eyes. Look after your eyes and only read in the proper lighting conditions.

Extended wear lenses are created from water based polymer that means they feel as if there is a tiny amount of water on your own little finger. 80% of extended wear lenses wearers utilize soft lenses since they’re so comfortable that individuals really don’t get agitation from them. It’s a fit perfectly on the eye and are able to withstand a rough sports game as a consequence of that fit.

Over the past a few years, there were many enhancements in contact lenses. In total, contacts are the best alternative choice to wearing spectacles. They’re comfortable, do not hang off your face, and above all – they’re cheap. Among many sorts of contacts available on the market, extended wear contacts offer numerous advantages to these contacts, which we are going to go over.

Extended wear contacts are handy probably even way more than the other kinds of contacts.

With many kinds of extended wear contacts, all you’ve got to do is keep them clean, put them in, then go about your ordinary day. You do not have to clean them as frequently as other kinds of soft contact lenses. Once you clean them they should last you for a long while before they have to be cleaned again.

One of the best attributes to extended wear contact lenses is the fact that they are very comfortable. They are easy to put in your eyes, and most people don’t even notice that they are wearing any contact lenses at all. Even though some people may experience discomfort with them, the majority of those who wear them find them to be very comfortable.

When compared to other types of contact lenses, extended wear contacts are very safe. If you take the necessary time to take care of them as you should, they won’t harm your eyes in any way. If you use them correctly, they will serve you just fine. Keep in mind, you also need to visit your eye doctor on your regular appointments, as your eye examinations are still very important – even though your contact lenses may not affect you or bother you at all.

Although most extended wear contact lenses aren’t high in price, you need to still keep an eye open for the best deals. There are many makers out there who offer these varieties of contacts, some offering better value deals than others. Online you’ll be able to find lots of deals from lots of different makers, lots of which will not set you back a lot re cash. You may also find extended wear contact lenses regionally, although the Net is the most effective way to economize.

Before you decide to buy a pair of extended wear contact lenses, you should make sure that they are right for you. When you get fitted for your contacts by your eye doctor, be sure to ask him about these types of contacts and whether or not they are best for you. If you take the time to research what is best for you and look into your options – you’ll find that extended wear contact lenses may indeed be the best contacts for your money – and your health.

Studies show many infections and other complications are related to improper cleaning and disinfecting. You can bypass the need for daily lens care with overnight wear, but it’s critical to discard your lenses as instructed by your eye doctor.
